hey all, what's up? i'm feelin' really bored right now, so i figured i'd finally put something up on here.

anyways, i'm ryan. i love music, and i want to be the drummer in a band one day. i'm also trying to learn as many instruments as i can, just so i can be versatile. so far, i know how to play/am learning to play:
piano
viola (look it up)
drums
guitar
i'm learning to play guitar and drums right now. i'm learning guitar from a class in high school, and drums from one of my best friends' dad.
i have one motto i stick to about music:
listen to the lyrics of the song, not just the sound.
for me, music just isn't music unless it has the right lyrics to accompany it. this is the reason i hate all types of screamo/death metal/hardcore metal songs. all they are is just noise. it requires no skill to play, and i feel that all death metal songs are edited to sound like the "musicians" play really fast. the "singers" of these bands just look they're eating the microphone, not singing.
