for those on here that really know me, they know that i have been hurt pretty bad in the recent past. i got involved with a girl that i used to work with, and she was pregnant, and even though i knew the child wasnt mine, i felt so strongly about her that i was willing to stick around and become the father to her child. for the next 9 months i was there every time she needed me. anything that she needed, i busted my ass to make sure she had it. and things were great! then i got a phone call at 4 in the morning letting me know she was in labor, i left my job and made it to the hospital in such a short amount of time that i could hardly remember driving there at all. a few hours later, she gave birth to a beautiful little boy, and i fell in love with both of them in the same instant. the next few weeks were amazing, so many new things in my life and i was smiling constantly, I had my own little family! and that was all that i had ever wanted! to be a father was my biggest goal in life! and i finally had it! but in a matter of 3 months, things changed, we didnt talk as much, she ignored me most of the time, always had plans with someone else to go out. and then it ended, and i didnt know what to do...but a few words from a great friend showed me that no matter what life throws at you, if you have the will to make it, you can! so i am slowly getting my life in order.
I miss the old days when we were younger and life was simple! when you could go outside and play ball till it was so dark you couldnt see your hand in front of your face! when you could stay out all day and play, and you didnt have someone calling you every 20 minutes to see if ur ok! when your biggest decision was wether u were gonna play kickball or 4 square! THOSE are the best times of your life! dont let em pass you by!!! Always live your life to the fullest, dont let anyone tell you that you cant do something! get out there and make the most of your life! enjoy every last second of it! laugh too hard, take too many pictures! and never regret anything! love with all your heart and never look back! whats done is done and cant be changed, so forgive but dont forget! life is too short to live unhappy and alone, so never give up! because when you find that special someone, you find that reason for living that you have been looking for, and its not so that u can be happy, its because all you want is for them to be happy! to do whatever you have to to make sure that they are taken care of and that they are safe and loved...and its the most incredible feeling in the world!
