The object of crazy eight is to get rid of all your cards. Follow suit or value, you can play more than one card of the same value at once. If you cannot play, you can always draw a new card. You cannot exit on any special cards.

There are a few special cards you can play. Eights changes suit and can be played on any card. King will skip the next in turn. By playing more than one king at once you skip more players, be careful to not skip yourself! Playing a two will force the next player in turn to draw two cards, if you play more than one at once, they will add up. Queen of spades will force the next player in turn to draw five cards. Jacks will change the direction.

When a round finishes points will be calculated for each players hand (except the winner who hasn't got any cards). Every card has the value of the card, except 8s which have the value of 50 and suited cards and 2s which have the value of 15. The score each player receives is the sum of all other players they have beaten.
