Babble Babble is a chat where you can meet and chat with other Spogg.com members. Chat Room When entering the room you will see a list of the people already logged in on the right. If there are more than 9 people you can scroll through the list with the buttons above and under the list. On the left side you will see the global chat window, chatting in this window will allow all people in this room to see what you write. If you wish to speak to one person in private you can click the bubble symbol in the list on the right next to their name. This will open a new window on the left with the global chat window. Text input here will only be seen by that person. I you wish to maximize a window click the + sign in the top left of the window. This will cause another window already open to be minimized and stored at the bottom of the screen. If anyone tries to chat in a minimized window it will start to flash to get your attention. If you press the X button in a window it will be closed and the other person will be notified that you have closed that chat. More information about the person you chat with can be obtained if you click the i button below the private chat button. Here you can select if you want to see their personal info or if you want to see their personal page (this page will be opened in a new window, thus allowing you to continue chatting in Babble), you can also block a person from chatting with you. |
