Where is my activation code?
It is possible that you entered an invalid email address when signing up. The email with your activation code can also have been removed by the spam-filter on your computer. If you login using the nickname and password you entered when signing up, you can correct or change the email address that your activation code will be sent to.
I have created an account, but I cannot log in to the site. What's up?
The reason that you cannot login is probably because you have disabled cookies in your browser. The login system on Spogg requires cookies to be turned on in your browser.
It can also be a problem with spyware or adware. You can use AVG Anti-Virus a free tool for removing viruses, and AdAware to remove any spyware programs you may have.
If you are using Internet Explorer, we also recommend that you install Firefox as it is a much safer and better browser.
