Personal information we collect

How Spogg handles privacy internally

E-mails
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who create an account at the web site, but we only send emails on a regular basis to those users that have opted in for our monthly newsletter.
E-mails may also be sent when creating an account at the site, when a member requests to be reminded of its password or when a member is sent a message by another member or if a member has joined a tournament or participates in any prize game or have signed up for a group membership at the site.

We do not share our members’ e-mail addresses with other organizations.
Web server logging and cookies
For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes only the member's domain name, but not the e-mail address. We do aggregate information on what pages members access or visit and information volunteered by the member, such as survey information and site registrations.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web site and is used to customize the content and layout of our site for each individual member.

Correcting information
