Spogg Site Rules

Spogg is a fun and safe place where people from all over the world can hang out, make new friends and play games. To keep the friendly atmosphere at Spogg, there are rules for what you are allowed to do at the site. If a user breaks these rules, their chat can be blocked or their account may be closed without a warning. In borderline cases, we can send a user warnings before their account is being closed. In serious cases, we may report incidents to the police. Even if a user have paid to be a gold spoggling, their account can be closed if they do not follow the site rules. Spogg's crew always have the final say in any disputes regarding people's behavior at the site, it is not possible to appeal against the crews decisions. Multiple accounts It is not allowed for one person to have more than one account at Spogg. If we find that a person creates more than one account, all his/her accounts may be closed without warning. Offensive messages It is not allowed to post any kind of messages with foul language. Foul language includes (but is not limited to) swear words and sexual words. The only exception is in parts of the site where it is explicitly allowed, these parts of the site is only accessible by members of the site that are over 18 years of age. Personal attacks It is never allowed to make personal attacks against other members or non-members of the site. It is not allowed to write messages that are meant to hurt other people. Talking about sex It is only allowed to talk about sex in private conversations if all parts involved in the conversation are over 18 years of age, and if all persons involved have agreed that it is ok. In the forums it is only allowed to talk about sex in areas where it is explicitly allowed, these parts of the site are only accessible by members that are over 18 years of age. Cross-posting and excessive posting It is not allowed to post the same message many times in the forums, comments to news articles, neither in the same thread nor in different threads or topics. It is not allowed to flood the chats in the games or in Babble. Chain letters Chain letters are not allowed in any form. Commercial uses You are only allowed to use Spogg for personal purposes. All uses of Spogg for commercial purposes (e.g. advertising) is not allowed. It is not allowed to provide links to competing web sites. Uploading of images It is not allowed to upload images that are offensive or that you do not own the copyright to. Sharing of user accounts It is not allowed to use someone elses account, and it is not allowed to let someone else use your account. Never let anyone else know your account's password. Availability of the services We do our best to keep all parts of the site working at all times, but we can unfortunately not guarantee that everything always works perfectly. Cheating The use of 'cheat programs' or other resources that provide you with an unfair advantage in any of the games is not allowed. Changing of the rules These site rules may be updated or changed at any time by Spogg without notice.
